Our Design Process To Customize Your Dream Jewelry


1. Meet the expert designers
After your initial introductory call, our expert in-house team of designers will work with you to translate your idea into a custom design. Whether you have a specific design in mind or need inspiration, our team is there at every step.

2. Receive the initial sketches
Our team will send over the initial sketches. You will receive a number of options from which to choose.

3. Select your Diamonds
Our team will show you a range of high-quality Diamonds and help you decide what works best for your design and budget. They will then sort and calibrate through hundreds of diamonds to find the perfect ones for your custom piece.

4. Finalise the design
Once you are happy with the design and diamond selection, we will require a 50% deposit, which will help us start production. After this, you will get a detailed 3D rendering of the design for final approval.

5. Follow along with the production
Blending the latest technology with traditional techniques, our skilled craftsmen will bringing your unique piece to life. You will receive regular updates on the progress.

6. Receive your one-of-a-kind jewellery creation
When your custom jewellery piece is ready, we will carefully package it and deliver it to your doorstep. You will also receive a certificate for any solitaires, a certificate of authenticity, as well as a lifetime warranty from us.
